Sal Salpietro

Investor, operator, and creator of the ATMRev™ model, with a successful track record of acquisitions and integrations across the ATM industry and beyond.
Sal is the Founder and CEO of ATM Universal Processors (ATM UP), a nationally recognized ATM Independent Service Operator (ISO). Under his leadership, the company exploded from 1,000 to over 5,000 terminals and is now an eight-figure company with 5,000+ ATMs and providing operational support to hundreds of ATM companies nationwide.
Sal serves as a trusted expert for the FBI and U.S. Secret Service on ATM financial crimes, and leads advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill to protect cash access for all Americans.
A proven serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping others succeed, Sal has founded multiple ventures including an award-winning real estate group with assets exceeding $20 million.
Driven by a genuine desire to improve people's lives, Sal leverages his experience to mentor other entrepreneurs and business owners. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University and lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and son.
